Overview
By using meetzero.ai, joining the Zero waitlist, or pre-ordering the Zero Ring, you agree to these terms. They cover what we owe you, what you agree not to do, and the limits on our liability. They will be expanded before devices ship; we'll notify everyone on the waitlist and every pre-order customer before that change takes effect.
Waitlist and referrals
Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. Referral links move your position when people you invite sign up; we may remove sign-ups that look automated or fraudulent. You can leave the waitlist any time by emailing contact@meetzero.ai.
Pre-orders
- A Zero Ring pre-order is a purchase of one Zero One ring at the price shown at checkout, charged in full when you place the order. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Promotional pricing (for example 50% off the list price) applies only to orders placed while the promotion is shown on the site.
- Shipping is currently estimated for late 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; hardware timelines can move. We will email you before your ring ships.
- A free ring sizing kit ships to you before your order so we can send the right size.
- Prices exclude any import duties or taxes your country may charge on delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before your ring ships. Email contact@meetzero.ai from the address on your order and we'll refund you to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. A post-delivery return and warranty policy will be published before devices ship.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit emails you don't own.
- Don't game the referral program with fake or automated sign-ups.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
- Don't use Zero to violate any law that applies to you.
Intellectual property
The Zero name, logo, and site content are ours. You're welcome to link to us. You're not welcome to copy our copy or brand assets.
Disclaimer
The site and the pre-order program are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about availability, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Product specifications shown before launch may change before shipment. Production terms covering the device and the app will replace this section at launch.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, the waitlist, or the pre-order program. For any claim connected to a pre-order, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to the waitlist and to pre-order customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
